Project Description:30,000 square foot, Class A, 4 story office building with ground floor retail and underground parking.
Challenge:To design, obtain City approvals for, build and lease an urban, infill development project on an important main street near Stanford University.
Results:A contemporary expression of Mediterranean architecture was designed, built and leased to a high tech tenant.
Details:Commencement Date: November 2011.
Completion Date: January 2015. 
Current Status: Own and operate the building.
Total Value:$40 million.
