Take the 101 Highway (North) into San Francisco to the Civic Center exit (towards the Golden Gate Bridge). Note that as you approach San Francisco, the right 2 lanes go towards the Bay Bridge and the left 2 lanes towards the Golden Gate Bridge; you want to be in the left 2 lanes. After the split where the 2 right lanes have gone to the Bay Bridge, and you have remained in the 2 left lanes towards the Golden Gate Bridge/Civic Center, you will take the first exit to the right, which is the 9th Street/Civic Center Exit.
At the bottom of the exit bear left onto 9th Street (most of the lanes go this way).
Stay in one of the 2 left lanes as you proceed 5 blocks on 9th Street, you will cross Market Street and bear left as 9th Street turns into Hayes Street.
IMMEDIATELY GET INTO THE LEFT LANE. The entrance to the “Fox Plaza” parking garage is on your left within one-half of a block, before you get to Polk Street (Polk Street is the first cross street once you cross over Market Street; the Fox Plaza garage entry is ½ block before you get to Polk Street).
Pull into the Fox Plaza underground parking garage, take a ticket and park anywhere (if you block another car, make sure you leave your keys with the parking attendant).
Take the elevator to the lobby. Suite 112 is immediately to your right once to exit the elevator at the lobby level.

Come over the Golden Gate Bridge and follow signs to Lombard Street. Take Lombard Street to Gough Street.
Make a right onto Gough Street and go about 20 blocks until you get to Grove Street.
Make a left onto Grove Street. Take Grove Street for 3 blocks until you get to Polk Street.
Make a right onto Polk Street. Take Polk Street past Market Street, at which point it turns into 10th Street, while keeping in the far left lane.
Take the first left onto Jessie Street (which is a mid-block alley that connects 10th Street to 9th Street). Go one block until you get to 9th Street.
Take a left onto 9th Street. Cross over market while keeping in the far left lane, and bear left onto Hayes Street.
As soon as cross Market Street onto Hayes Street, keep in the far left lane and take an immediate left into the Fox Plaza Parking Garage. Don’t miss this entrance because its complicated to get back to it. The garage entrance is only ½ block onto Hayes Street once you cross Market Street and ½ block before you get to Polk Street.
Pull into the Fox Plaza underground parking garage, take a ticket and park anywhere (if you block another car, make sure you leave your keys with the parking attendant).
Take the elevator to the lobby. Suite 112 is immediately to your right once to exit the elevator at the lobby level.

Come over the Bay Bridge into San Francisco.
Take the exit off of I-80 that drops you onto Harrison Street (at 7th Street).
Continue on Harrison Street and get into the right lanes as soon as possible since you want to turn right onto 9th Street.
Turn right onto 9th Street. Move over to the left 2 lanes as you continue up 9th Street for the next few blocks.
After 4 blocks on 9th Street stay in one of the 2 left lanes, you will cross Market Street and bear left as 9th Street turns into Hayes Street.
